FEATURED WEAR PARTS
Parts we cast every day.
The lines our customers reorder from most — jaw plates and blow bars, cone liners and screen meshes. Every one comes out of our own foundry.
PRODUCT LINES
Parts for every machinery line we serve.
Six lines, twelve machine families — from primary crushing through to conveying and mixing.
APPLICATIONS
Built for your industry.
Tell us your material and duty cycle — we configure alloys and apertures to match, not the other way around.
Mining & Aggregates
Hard rock is where wear parts earn their keep.
Cement & Building Materials
Limestone, clinker and raw meal punish liners and grinding media day after day.
Chemical & Fertiliser
Granules and powders demand clean screening and enclosed conveying.
Food & Pharmaceutical
Screening and conveying in food-grade plants leaves no room for contamination.
Power & Metallurgy
Coal, slag and ore handling never sleeps.
MANUFACTURING
Cast in our own foundry since 1973.
Because we pour our own castings, we control the alloy, the hardness and the fit. Send the machine model and the part that keeps failing — our engineers check the dimensions against your unit and tell you what we would cast instead.
-
01Alloy & melt
High-manganese and high-chromium grades, selected against your material and duty cycle — not a generic shelf item.
-
02Casting
Poured in our own foundry. Our patented lost-foam process packs the metal denser exactly where a wear part takes its punishment.
-
03Heat treatment
Casting, forging and heat treatment build the strength into the component itself, not onto it.
-
04Machining
Machined and assembled under one roof-line, so profiles and apertures come out as drawn.
-
05Dimension check
Our engineers verify the exact dimensions and model numbers against your unit before anything ships.

IN THE FIELD
How these parts behave on real lines.
Typical setups and what we recommend for each — written from the machines, not from a brochure.
FACTORY-DIRECT
Tell us the machine. We cast the part.
Send your machine model and the worn part's name or measurements. Our engineers verify the fit and reply with material options and a quote.
